Accountants and bookkeepers can apply now; applicants will be vetted before participating in product testing.
Client invitations, roles, consolidated exceptions, close controls, and accountant-ready packs.

THE PRODUCT ROADMAP
A referral link is not an accountant product. The planned Advisor Console is designed around the work firms repeat across clients.
See feed health, unanswered transactions, close status, and overdue client decisions without opening every set of books.

The planned access model borrows the best governance lesson from mature accountant programs: ownership, access, billing, and offboarding must be explicit before a dispute happens.
A PROGRAM THAT EARNS ITS TIERS
We are recruiting a small group of U.S. accountants and bookkeepers and will verify participants before testing. The plan includes product feedback, workflow testing, roadmap sessions, and early onboarding support. No public badge or cash commission yet.
Verified practice, product education, security terms, referral attribution, and a free accountant seat when permissioned access is ready.
Product, automation, and responsible-AI training as applicable; assessment, annual renewal, badge rules, and directory eligibility. Certification means product proficiency—not CPA licensure.
A $12 subscription produces $144 in first-year revenue before Plaid, AI, hosting, payment, support, fraud, and refund costs. The preview therefore makes no cash referral promise. A future option may use account credits first, then a capped referral or wholesale model after retained-client margins are proven.
DESIGNED WITH THE MARKET IN VIEW
QuickBooks ProAdvisor demonstrates the value of education, marketing tools, client management, and structured partner economics.
Xero Partner Programme demonstrates tiered practice benefits and the importance of explicit subscriber and access control.
FreshBooks, Zoho, and Sage reinforce that consultants, certification, practice tools, and controlled referral rules matter more than a bounty alone.
ConsulBooks will combine those lessons with a simpler promise: fewer transaction questions and clearer client control.
FOUNDING APPLICATION
We are looking for U.S. accountants, bookkeepers, tax professionals, and small-firm owners who work with service businesses and care about secure, explainable automation.
PROGRAM QUESTIONS
Applications are open for a small Founding Advisor Council. The public multi-client console, certification, directory, and paid referral economics are not live yet.
No. Founding firms are reviewed for product fit and willingness to test securely. ConsulBooks does not guarantee admission, customer leads, income, exclusivity, or professional endorsement.
The business client controls its account and data by default. The planned model requires the client to invite and revoke each advisor, gives the client direct access and exports, and prohibits shared passwords.
No cash commission is active during the preview. Any future referral or firm-billed discount will launch only after real unit economics are validated, with written terms and clear compensation disclosures.
No. A future ConsulBooks Certified Advisor label would show product proficiency only. It would not establish licensure, professional competence, fiduciary status, or endorsement of the person's accounting work.
